Our caring staff has a high success rate because they get to know our applicants and families. We take the time to match the right applicant to the right family based on each party’s needs.

Applicant Qualifications
* We will invest hundreds of dollars in you in the form of your background investigation, creating your personalized resume and placing you with a family at no charge to you. In return we ask that our candidates commit to a minimum of one year to the family they are placed with.

All candidates we represent:

• Undergo and pass a rigorous background investigation including:
  

  Criminal Check		Driving History		Work References
  Sex Offender Check		Drug Screening		Personal References
  Social Security Verification		Current Drug Test

  
  
• Have a minimum of one year experience in the field they desire to be hired in

• Are legal to work in the United States
  
  
• Have (or are willing to acquire) First Aid training and CPR certification
  
  
• Agree to keep information about the families they interview with or work for confidential
  
  
• Agree to respond to calls from our offices in a timely matter
