Fees and Guarantees

Permanent Placements

Once we receive the free, completed client application and have assessed that we have appropriate referrals, we require a signed agreement to initiate the search for a permanent nanny, housekeeper or household staff candidate.

When you select and hire a candidate to fill your long term, full time or part time position, you (the employer) will be billed a Non-Refundable Placement Fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the gross annual compensation of the nanny or housekeeper, twenty percent (20%) for a household manager or estate staff. The Non-Refundable Placement Fee is due before the candidate starts to work in your home. This one-time fee is based on the first-year salary.

If, for any reason, the placement is not satisfactory and the nanny or household employee either resigns or is terminated, you will receive a credit to apply toward your next search with Nannies & Housekeepers.

 

In-Home Fees

• Long Term, Full Time – 15% of total gross annual compensation ($3,000 minimum)
• Long Term, Part Time – 15% of total gross annual compensation ($1,500 minimum)
• Temporary Placements are based on a minimum $150 per week fee to the agency up to twelve (12) weeks.
• One Day Non Member Rate – $50 per day

Credit For Replacement Staff

• 0 – 90 days – FREE REPLACEMENT
• 91–180 days – 50% of initial fee will be credited towards the next search
• 181–365 days – 25% of initial fee will be credited towards the next search

Temporary & On Call Placements for local Las Vegas Families

There are two ways to use the services of our Temporary Division. The first option is to become a registered client with the agency and join The Babysitting Registry or The Housekeeping Registry for an annual fee of $199.00. The agency charges a daily referral fee each time you use the service. Payment to the nanny, housekeeper or household staff is handled by you with payment going directly to the household staff as stated in the agreement. Nannies & Housekeepers keeps records of your usage.

The second option applies if your need for our back-up services will be infrequent over the course of the year. In this case, you may still access our services without becoming a registered client. However, referral fees for non-registered clients are higher.

For your convenience, you can speak with one of our professional placement team anytime, 24 hours a day. On-call assistance is available whenever the office is closed to assist with your unexpected or emergency needs.

Client should understand that the period of coverage considered is not only to determine the employer’s satisfaction with the employee, but also for the possible contingency that may occur which would cause the employee to resign in the future for reasons not necessarily under his/her control. The agency does not refund or transfer fees or credits under any circumstances.
