We do not require any money up front to begin the search for household help.

The referral process is as easy as: 1 2 3

  1. Contact the agency and complete a family application. We need to know the requirements of the position so we can diligently present qualified applicants for you to hire.
  2. Set up a date and time to begin the interview process.
  3. A one-time fee to the agency is due before the person begins working in your home. Please see referral fee and guarantee plans. Our agency differs from others in that we do not require any deposit up front in order to begin an applicant search.

FAMILY AGREEMENT

I have contacted Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. to help me find household help. I have reviewed the fee options and agree that if I select a candidate to hire from Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A., I will agree to pay the fee in full and sign the contract before the person begins working in my home. A deposit of 50% is due to Nannies & Housekeepers USA upon signing agreement and the balance is due to Nannies & Housekeepers USA five (5) business days prior to applicants first day of work.

I will not attempt to hire anyone Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. sends me to interview without processing all the necessary contracts through their office. I will not refer any of the applicants I interview to anyone for potential employment without processing the contract and fee through Nannies and Housekeepers U.S.A.

I understand that Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. has invested in the interviews and background checks of the candidates and I will allow them to act as the referral referral agency.

Fees and Guarantees

Nannies & Housekeepers USA Fee Option Plans

Clients who hire a household employee from Nannies & Housekeepers USA are entitled to replacing said employee at no further charge, whether the employee resigns or is terminated.  The length of coverage time the client choses determines the agency fee.

Nannies, Housekeepers, and Elder Care:

PLAN A Best Value/Best Coverage One Full Year Guarantee with one FREE replacement within first 90 days* 15% of the gross annual income of the household employee.

*Subject to certain terms and conditions.

PLAN B Six Month Guarantee with one FREE replacement within first 90days* 12% of the gross annual income of the household employee.

*Subject to certain terms and conditions.

Estate Manager, Personal Assistant, Chefs, and Domestic Couple:

One Full Year Guarantee with one FREE replacement within first 90 days* 25% of the gross annual income of the household employee.

*Subject to certain terms and conditions.

Clients should understand the period of coverage considered is not only to determine if the employer will be satisfied with the employee, but also for any possible contingency that may occur which would cause the employee to resign in the future for reasons not necessarily under his/her control.
