FEE OPTIONS
Permanent Placement Fee Agreement
1. SERVICES:
At the clients’ request, Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. will seek out, recruit, research and screen appropriate candidates for a position. Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. acts only as an employment broker and does not hire or employ any employee. The employee is to be hired, employed, and paid by client only.
2. PLACEMENT FEE & GUARANTEE:
The Agency fee is 15% of the candidate’s gross annual salary. If for any reason the candidate’s employment terminates in the first year, you will receive a credit to apply toward your next search with Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. as follows:
- Within 1 – 60 days: Client will receive a credit towards one future search of seventy five percent (75%) of the original fee paid.
- Within 61-120 days: Client will receive a credit towards one future search of fifty percent (50%) of the referral fee paid.
- Within 121 – 365 days: Client will receive a credit towards one future search of twenty five percent (25%)
Permanent Part Time placements will be billed at a 20 hour per week minimum. Client should understand that the period of coverage considered is not only to determine the employer’s satisfaction with the employee, but also for the possible contingency that may occur which would cause the employee to resign in the future for reasons not necessarily under his/her control. The agency does not refund or transfer fees or credits under any circumstances.
FAMILY AGREEMENT
I have contacted Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. to help me find household help. I have reviewed the fee agreement and agree that if I select a candidate to hire from Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. I will pay the fee in full and sign the contract before the person begins working in my home. I will secure an employee I choose to hire with a deposit of 50% at the time of hiring and the balance will be due to the agency in full five(5) business days before applicant begins working.
I will not attempt to hire anyone Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. sends me to interview without processing all of the necessary contracts through their office. I will not refer any of the applicants I interview to anyone for potential employment without processing the contract and fee through Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A.
I understand that Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. has invested in the interviews and background checks of the candidates and I will allow them to act as the placement agency.
